Stephanie Duncan
She began her career in banking before transitioning into mortgage broking in 2003, building a reputation for strategic lending advice, meticulous attention to detail and calm, empathetic guidance in complex situations. In 2023, she founded Hendrick Financial with a clear vision: to create a family‑focused brokerage that acts as clients’ financial “next of kin”, supporting them well beyond settlement.
Throughout her career, Stephanie has received an array of industry recognition, including being named a Top 50 Elite Broker, reflecting sustained excellence at a national level. Since launching Hendrick Financial, she has also been recognised as a NSW/ACT finalist for both All‑Round Broker of the Year and the Empowerment Award, highlighting her success as a high‑performing broker while also championing and uplifting others within the industry.
Deeply passionate about mentoring — particularly women entering mortgage broking — Stephanie leads a growing team built on integrity, transparency and long‑term client care. When you work with Stephanie, you gain a trusted adviser committed to your financial wellbeing for life.


Katharine Boyd
Katharine, known as Kat, brings a strong finance background and people-first approach to mortgage broking. A Canberra local, she holds a Commerce degree majoring in Finance from the University of Canberra and previously managed international aid programs for the Australian Government, developing deep experience in budgeting, problem-solving and understanding client needs across complex situations. For Kat, mortgage broking is about guiding individuals and families through important financial decisions — whether buying a home, refinancing or investing — with clarity, care and genuine support, helping turn goals into reality at every stage.


Morgan Andrew
Morgan brings over 14 years of experience in financial services, with a strong focus on supporting families through their homeownership and investment journeys. She began her career with a traineeship at IMB Bank, gaining hands-on experience in personal lending and branch management, before becoming a trusted broker assistant guiding clients through the loan process end to end. Now a broker herself, Morgan draws on both her professional background and personal property investment experience to deliver clear, supportive advice across home loans, refinancing, business lending and asset finance. Known for her calm, approachable style, she is dedicated to making the lending process smooth, stress-free and genuinely aligned with each client’s goals.


Danielle Brenner
Danielle brings over 20 years of customer service experience, with a career spanning high-profile roles at Parliament House and leadership in Visitor Services at the National Zoo & Aquarium. At Hendrick Financial, she applies this people-first expertise to ensure every client feels genuinely heard, supported and cared for throughout their mortgage journey. Danielle understands that securing a home loan is a major life milestone, not just a transaction, and she is committed to delivering a calm, personalised and stress-free experience at every step.


Supriya Parajuli
Supriya is a detail-driven finance professional with extensive experience in administrative roles across banks and financial institutions. With a background in commerce, she plays a key role in supporting clients through the home loan process — from application through to settlement — ensuring every step is handled with accuracy, efficiency and care. Known for her clear communication and commitment to exceptional service, Supriya helps create a seamless, supportive experience for every client at Hendrick Financial.


Hrimun Adhikari
Hrimun, known as Ray, is a calm, approachable and highly organised member of the Hendrick Financial team, playing a key role in ensuring a smooth experience for both brokers and clients. Working behind the scenes, he manages the detailed coordination of home loan applications, lender communication and settlements, ensuring every client receives consistent care and attention from start to finish. Known for his positive attitude and clear communication, Ray brings a steady, people-first approach to even the most complex parts of the mortgage process.


Alicia Firth
Alicia, the youngest member of the Hendrick family, joined the team after college and brings genuine enthusiasm for finance and supporting others. As Client Services Associate, Alicia strives to ensure every Hendrick client feels truly valued and cared for, working closely with Stephanie, Dani, and Supriya to create a seamless and consistent client experience. Alicia plays a pivotal part in streamlining the application process and takes charge of post-settlement care, which we proudly showcase as a distinguishing feature and a testament to our KIN philosophy. Her warmth, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering dedication mean our clients receive ongoing support long after settlement, reinforcing the trusted relationships at the core of Hendrick Financial.


Audrey
Audrey is a much‑loved (and very important) member of the Hendrick Financial team. As our resident Cavoodle and Chief Morale Officer, she brings daily joy, calm and a whole lot of personality to the office. Known for her friendly presence and impeccable listening skills, Audrey is always nearby to offer quiet support during busy days, welcome guests with a gentle tail wag, or remind the team to take a well‑earned pause. Her knack for boosting morale and creating a relaxed, welcoming environment makes her an invaluable part of our culture. Whether she’s supervising meetings from a comfy spot, providing stress relief through pats and cuddles, or simply being adorable, Audrey plays a key role in helping Hendrick Financial feel like home — for our team and our clients alike.
